Refund policy

All AFS products are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@afsculture.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

EU Consumer Rights
As products are made to order, they qualify as goods made to the consumer's specifications under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully intact.
